Voicing concerns, dealing with criticism quickly feels personal when it actually doesn’t have to be. In fact both are essential for good team work. Workshop facilitation in-person

As a facilitator, I design and run workshops to set teams up for successful collaboration, whether it's a brand-new team that’s setting up their structure or an established one looking to strengthen its foundation or work through conflict. My approach helps teams build trust, improve communication, and align on shared goals. For new leaders, I provide the space to get to know their team on a deeper level, uncover individual strengths, and set the stage for a culture of openness and trust. I also guide teams through resolving conflicts, ensuring a clear path forward.

Workshop facilitation online

Once people have established an in-person connection, online workshop facilitation can be incredibly effective. Whether it’s a deep check-in on how the team is doing, an update on a teams vision, or a feedback session, I help teams increase their energy and set themselves up to move forward with speed and confidence. I also faciliate strategy and project planning sessions, so that everyone is on the same page and ready to work together effectively. By using simple digital tools to capture decisions (or more advanced ones for prioritization, ideation and prototyping) we keep everyone aligned, and can track progress visually.
